Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roof Roof Solutions lead marketplace platform ("Service") operated by Roof Roof Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Roof Roof Solutions is a self-serve lead marketplace for roofing contractors. We generate leads through paid advertising (primarily Meta/Facebook ads) and deliver them to you based on your order specifications.
2. Card Authorization
When you place an order, a $20.00 card authorization hold will be placed on your payment method. This verifies your card is valid and active. This authorization is not a charge — it is released immediately after verification.
Important: You are not charged at the time of order placement. Charges occur only after leads have been delivered.
3. Pricing and Billing
Our pricing is based on the actual cost of advertising used to generate your leads:
- Total charge = Ad spend + 20% service fee
- Ad spend is the actual amount spent on Meta ads to generate your specific leads
- The 20% service fee covers platform operations, lead verification, and delivery
- You are billed when your order is marked as complete (all requested leads delivered, or order expires after 21 days)
4. $5,000 Maximum Bill Protection
No single order will ever exceed $5,000. Regardless of ad spend, your maximum liability per order is capped at $5,000. This protects you from unexpected costs.
5. Order Completion and Expiry
- Orders are active for up to 21 days from placement
- An order is marked complete when the requested quantity of leads has been delivered
- If an order has not been fully filled after 21 days, it is automatically closed and you are billed for leads delivered up to that point
- You may cancel an active order at any time — you will be billed for leads already delivered
6. Lead Types
Verified Lead: A homeowner who has submitted a form on our landing page and verified their phone number via OTP (one-time password). Includes name, phone, property address, homeowner confirmation, and roof issue.
Booked Appointment: A verified lead who has also selected a time slot for a roof inspection. These are bonus upgrades — if a verified lead also books an appointment, you receive the appointment details at no extra cost.
7. Lead Quality Policy
- All leads are OTP phone-verified before delivery
- We deduplicate leads — the same phone + address combination will not be sent within a 30-day window
- If you believe a lead is invalid (wrong number, fake information, not a homeowner), you may dispute it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support
- Disputed leads are reviewed within 3 business days. If confirmed invalid, a credit will be applied to your account
8. Lead Delivery
Leads are delivered simultaneously through three channels:
- SMS: Text message to your registered phone number
- Email: Detailed email with lead information and action links
- Dashboard: Real-time appearance in your online dashboard
You may configure delivery preferences (enable/disable SMS and email) in your dashboard settings.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment is processed automatically when your order completes
- If payment capture fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 48 hours
- If all retries fail, the order is marked as failed and you will be contacted to resolve payment
- Unpaid orders may result in account suspension
10. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel an active order at any time through your dashboard
- Cancellation does not waive charges for leads already delivered
- Refund requests for quality issues must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery
- We do not guarantee a specific cost per lead, as pricing depends on ad market conditions
11. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information
- You agree not to resell leads to third parties
- You agree to contact leads in a professional manner and comply with all applicable telemarketing and communication laws
12. Limitation of Liability
Roof Roof Solutions provides leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, or contract. Our total liability per order is limited to the amount charged for that order.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
